About Shane & Stephanie
Shane Shaps, known as the “Professional Big Mouth,” helps her clients manage their online engagement. Her company, 520 East Brands, has served as an outsourced consultant to companies across industries since 2008. Shane and her team create real, human personas online to give brands a voice. Her goal with these workshops is to help small business owners become unintimidated by social platforms and to help them navigate best practices. Mother of two and married to her husband for 16 years, when she’s not working, she’s volunteering in her school and synagogue community.
Stephanie White is the Chief Fun Finder at LouisvilleFamilyFun.net, which she founded in 2009. She spends her days delivering fun digitally to Louisville families and connecting them to local businesses and organizations that can add value to their lives. Stephanie is the mother of two and has been married to her husband for 13 years. When she is not working, she is volunteering to raise funds for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Kentuckiana and tutoring children in math.
