I first met Monday’s guest, John Cloonan, sometime last summer on Twitter. As with so many of my guests, we met in a tweetchat and then took the conversation offline with a virtual coffee.
John lives down in Atlanta and is a motorcycle driver. I, of course, am afraid of my own shadow so motorcycles… well, they’re not really for me. But following John on social is fun (I just hope he’s always being as careful as possible).
Here’s a bit more about him: Marketing MBA. Motorcycle racer. Growth creator for everything from startups to $8B+. With his early career dedication to creating the weirdest possible résumé, John’s done it all. He’s been a marketing consultant, agency founder, and marketing executive. He’s developed others as a leader and university professor (oh, and an inline skating instructor). He’s held leadership roles in industries from staffing to behavioral health to capital-C consulting. He’s branded or rebranded over 100 companies.
Now the founder and part-owner of Audacity Marketing, he helps his diverse partners create innovative marketing solutions.
